- Deposits: A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
- Payment Schedule Remaining fees are due according to the milestones outlined in the project agreement.
- Third-Party Costs: Clients are responsible for costs related to contractors, suppliers, and product orders.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges. Services may be suspended until payment is received.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- Consultation fees may be refundable if canceled in advance
- Design fees are non-refundable once work begins.
- Products ordered through suppliers may not be refundable depending on vendor terms.
- Refund requests must follow the procedures outlined in the Refund Policy.
- Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All design concepts, drawings, mood boards, renderings, and related creative materials remain the intellectual property of ZINTERIORE INC until full payment is received.
- Usage Rights: Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the final design deliverables for their project only.
- Restrictions: Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use design materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to photograph, document, and showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Third-Party Vendors and Contractors
- We make reasonable efforts to vet third-party vendors but are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or product quality.
- Contracts, warranties, and liabilities related to third-party services remain between the client and the vendor.
- Clients are encouraged to review third-party terms and conditions carefully.
