    The scope, timelines, and fees for services will be defined in a written proposal or agreement specific to each project.

  3. Client Responsibilities

    4. To ensure successful completion of services, clients agree to:

    1. Provide accurate information regarding project requirements, budget, and preferences.
    2. Make timely decisions and approvals when requested.
    3. Allow reasonable access to premises for site visits, installations, or contractor work.
    4. Comply with applicable building regulations and secure necessary permissions if required.

    Delays caused by client inaction may impact project timelines.

  4. Fees and Payments

    1. Deposits: A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
    2. Payment Schedule Remaining fees are due according to the milestones outlined in the project agreement.
    3. Third-Party Costs: Clients are responsible for costs related to contractors, suppliers, and product orders.
    4. Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges. Services may be suspended until payment is received.

  5. Refunds and Cancellations

    6. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully. In summary:

    1. Consultation fees may be refundable if canceled in advance
    2. Design fees are non-refundable once work begins.
    3. Products ordered through suppliers may not be refundable depending on vendor terms.
    4. Refund requests must follow the procedures outlined in the Refund Policy.

  6. Intellectual Property

    1. Ownership: All design concepts, drawings, mood boards, renderings, and related creative materials remain the intellectual property of ZINTERIORE INC until full payment is received.
    2. Usage Rights: Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the final design deliverables for their project only.
    3. Restrictions: Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use design materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
    4. Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to photograph, document, and showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  7. Third-Party Vendors and Contractors

    8. ZINTERIORE INC may recommend or engage third-party vendors, such as furniture suppliers, contractors, or specialists.

    1. We make reasonable efforts to vet third-party vendors but are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or product quality.
    2. Contracts, warranties, and liabilities related to third-party services remain between the client and the vendor.
    3. Clients are encouraged to review third-party terms and conditions carefully.

  8. Project Timelines

    9. We strive to deliver projects within agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

    1. Client delays in approvals or decisions
    2. Supplier or contractor backlogs
    3. Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes)

    ZINTERIORE INC will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    10. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    1. ZINTERIORE INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or property damage.
    2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.
    3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or error-free services.
    4. Clients assume responsibility for ensuring insurance coverage for property during renovations or installations.

  10. Warranties and Disclaimers

    1. No Guarantee of Perfection: While we strive for excellence, design is subjective. We do not guarantee that designs will meet every expectation.
    2. Product Warranties: Any warranties on furniture or products are provided by the manufacturer or supplier, not ZINTERIORE INC.
    3. Website Use: Our website content is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

  11. Privacy and Data Protection

    In such cases, clients remain liable for fees owed for services already rendered.

  13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.
    2. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

    4. Clients waive the right to participate in class actions against ZINTERIORE INC

  14. Force Majeure

    15. ZINTERIORE INC is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or global crises.
